Yes, we have a large number of cubicles for placing clothing and belongings in while you climb. However these shelves are not secure and we take no responsibility for any items that may be lost or stolen. Please make sure you empty your pockets and store any cell phones, keys and other items before you begin climbing as they may cause injury, get lost or broken.
How long before my session starts do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your session. This allows enough time to process your entry. Our harnessing and Safety briefing start on the hour (this process generally takes the first 10 minutes depending on the size of the group).
Is there any car parking?
Yes there is ample free car parking available either on the street or in our car park just past the front entrance.
What if I get thirsty – can I take a water bottle on a climb ?

Safety
How are Leap and Clip ‘n Climb keeping me safe during COVID-19?
We have implemented the necessary protocols and hygiene practices to ensure your safety. For the full list check our home page.
We’ve been before, so do we have to do the introduction and safety briefing again?
Yes! It is very important you listen to our safety briefing every time you visit Clip ’n Climb. Sometimes our rules do change and it is a great reminder in case you forget any crucial details. The safety of ALL our customers is our top priority.
Do I need to wear shoes?
Yes! For your safety, we only allow climbers wearing closed in shoes into the climbing area.
As a parent/guardian, do I have to climb with my child/children?
You are most welcome to share this exciting experience with your children, but it’s not necessary to climb as well. We do encourage parents to come into the climbing area to help with “checking” children under the age of 13. Our friendly staff are trained in climbing safety and are on the floor at all times to assist the children.
